Erie Process Servers provides professional process serving, skip tracing, court filing, document retrieval, and related legal support services throughout the state of New Jersey. All services are performed in accordance with applicable New Jersey and federal rules of civil procedure.
While we make every reasonable effort to complete service, we cannot guarantee that service will be achieved in every case. Factors beyond our control, such as inaccurate address information, evasive individuals, or restricted access, may prevent successful service. In such cases, we will provide detailed documentation of all attempted service.
Service fees are quoted on a per-job basis and may vary depending on the type of service, location, urgency, and complexity of the assignment. Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment by check, credit card, and electronic transfer. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Erie Process Servers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We treat all client information and case details as strictly confidential. Information is shared only with authorized personnel as necessary to complete the requested service and as required by law.
